History
When our Hospital opened its doors 68 years ago, it was staffed by a handful of dedicated, caring individuals whose main
objective was to provide medical services to those in need.
The hospital itself was made possible by the conscientious efforts and
generosity of members of the community who wished to help provide these services
to local residents.
While the hospital has come along way in size, services and equipment from its
original beginning, it has not lost its dedication to the individual health
needs of the community members. It
stands ready to serve at any time and in whatever capacity is necessary to
continue its mission of providing the finest possible care for the community.
We are licensed by the State of New York and also certified by the State of New
York in Laboratory, Blood Bank, and X-ray.
The
hospital Auxiliary, with its Volunteer programs, provides additional services to
the hospital and is made up of members of the community who are motivated by
their own desire to be of service to others. |
